Our staff at Mission Urgent Care + Family Practice is knowledgeable and trained to give prompt service with minimal to no wait time. We provide you with treatment of illnesses and injuries, physicals, check-ups, laboratory testing, and drug and alcohol screens. Dr. Baniadam has been in practice since 1996 and is experienced in Family Practice, Travel Medicine, Occupational and Industrial Medicine, and will work to get you back to health quickly. No appointments are necessary, but we do also provide appointments.
Our Services and Service Areas: We serve the North San Diego coastal, beach communities with Family Practice, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Travel Vaccines – Travel Medicine – Yellow Fever Travel Vaccine Certificates, Health Clinic, General Practice, Internal Medicine, Sports Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Diabetes, Hypertension, Dermatology, and physicals including DMV Physicals. Dr. Baniadam is a Civil Surgeon for the Immigration and Naturalization Service, and we do INS Physicials. We also specialize in helping businesses keep employees healthy, providing Pre-Employment Physicals – Work Physicals, Urine Drug Screens, and Alcohol Testing. We provide treatment of work injuries and First aid for the injured employee. We have an on-site lab for immediate results of many types of tests. We serve the North County of San Diego, including the cities of Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Del Mar, and Solana Beach, and the beach communities of Leucadia and Cardiff. The only real difference between an urgent care clinic and what is commonly thought of as a regular doctor's office is our emphasis on customer service. We serve as the primary care physician to many patients of all ages, but we are available to see patients at any time throughout the day. You are not required to adhere to our schedules - we work ourselves around your schedule. You do not have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for your doctor appointment, you may come in at any time during business hours, and have your medical concerns addressed. The emphasis is on you, the patient. We treat emergencies quickly, without the several hour waits of the typical emergency room, and our prices are a fraction of a hospital emergency room’s bill. Our focus is service to you. Please note that we check in our last patient 1 hour prior to closing.
We treat Tourists: Out of town guests and visitors are welcome to visit Mission Urgent Care + Family Practice. At Mission Urgent Care + Family Practice, you will typically see the same doctor each time you visit our office. Dr. Baniadam is a Medical Doctor trained at St. Louis University School of Medicine, in St. Louis, Missouri, where he graduated with an M.D. with distinction in research. Dr. Baniadam’s undergraduate and postgraduate education was at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). Dr. Baniadam has also been awarded the Physician Recognition Award by the American Medical Association. Our Service is the Best: Mission Urgent Care + Family Practice guarantees good, old-fashioned service with modern, state-of-the-art medicine. You will typically see Dr. Baniadam every time you visit Mission Urgent Care + Family Practice; you will not see several different doctors on several different visits, like you do in some large medical practices. Dr. Baniadam is available daily for follow up treatment, or to address your health care concerns, in the office or by phone.

We have designated activity areas for children in each patient room, where they will feel relaxed and content. We are easily accessible: our building is on South Coast Highway in Oceanside, just north of Oceanside Blvd, and south of Mission Avenue. Our nearest cross-street is Wisconsin Avenue. We have plenty of parking in the front and rear of our building, and we are adjacent to the bus stop. Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We check in our last patient 1 hour before closing. We are closed on major holidays.
